On February 10, 2020, Dr. Miguel Villarroel held a cordial meeting with the presidents of the National Societies of the Red Cross of Guatemala Mrs. Annabella Folgar Bonilla and El Salvador, Dr. José Benjamín Ruiz. Issues related to the humanitarian situation in Central America could be discussed.
