On February 8, 2019, a meeting took place at the headquarters of the Venezuelan Red Cross, between the Special Commission for humanitarian aid of the National Assembly and the Members of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Media Red Crescent and the Venezuelan Red Cross.
The people who participated in the Meeting were the President of the National Assembly Commission, Deputy Miguel Pizarro and the Vice President of the Manuela Bolivar Commission, by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Dr. Francesco Roca, President and Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice-President, and the Venezuelan Red Cross, Dr. Mario Villarroel, President.
