On September 26, 2018, Dr. Miguel Villarroel made an institutional visit to the Andorra Red Cross, a tour of the facilities of the headquarters and could observe the development and growth of the programs that are carried out.
During this visit, a very interesting conversation was held about strengthening the institutional relationship between the National Society and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The President of the National Society, Mr. Josep Pol, was present, the vice-president David Fraissinet, the director of international relations Mr. Joseph Duró and the General Director Mr. Jordi Llansó.
