On May 10, Dr. Miguel Villarroel visited the National Society of the Salvadoran Red Cross, where he had an interesting meeting with the president and maximum leader of that National Society Dr. José Benjamín Ruiz, who was accompanied by the other members of his board of directors.
There I was able to observe the magnificent work carried out by this important Central American National Society and their able to discuss important issues of an Institutional nature.
