On December 6, 2017,
Dr. Miguel Villarroel participated in the giving of the diploma of the master degree to Students of the School of Medicine of the Venezuelan Red Cross.
The ceremony was held at the Auditórium of the headquarters of the Venezuelan Red Cross in the city of Caracas. The students were graduates of the specialties of Internal Medicine, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Surgery and Gynecology.
