On February 6, 2020, Dr. Miguel Villarroel received in La Guaira 42 tons of humanitarian aid from the humanitarian Hub of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, located in Panama.
This cargo was transferred to the stores of the Venezuelan Red Cross in the city of Caracas, where they are stored for distribution nationwide.
