Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, participated in the third meeting, where the previous deliberations were advanced and a new topic was incorporated that would be raised during the General Assembly in October of this year.
At this meeting, information and deliberation on the certification system of the International Federation was analyzed.
The revision of the model law on the Red Cross and Red Crescent was introduced to strengthen the role of National Societies as auxiliaries to public authorities and the survey on future humanitarian leaders was reported.
