On June 22, 2022, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies), participated in the first meeting of the newly elected Governing Board of the Organization, led by the elected President Dr. Francesco Rocca.
This meeting was held in the facilities of the Palexpo Conference Center, Geneva, in person after two years, where it was possible to analyze a series of current issues worldwide.
Among them, the crisis situation existing in the Red Cross Society of Peru, as well as the interrelation and work of the components of the Movement.
