On November 22, 2021, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice-President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies) visited the headquarters of the National Society of the Costa Rican Red Cross, where he was able to maintain Meeting with the recently elected president, Dyanne Marenco, and part of her new Board of Directors, we wish her every success in the new management of this important National Society of the continent.
