On March 20, 2021, Dr. Miguel Villarroel visited the warehouses of the Venezuelan Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, located in the city of Caracas, Venezuela.
This visit was made with representatives of the Venezuelan Red Cross, Dr. Mario Villarroel (President), Dr. Mario Santimone (Secretary General), Dr. Hernan Bongioanni (Chief of Humanitarian Aid) and with Mr. Michele Di Tomaso (Chief of the Delegation of Venezuela on behalf of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.)
