As part of the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Venezuelan Red Cross, they attended the National Pantheon of Venezuela to make a floral offering to the tomb of Liberator Simón Bolivar, Dr. Mario Villarroel (President of the Venezuelan Red Cross), Dr. Mario Santimone (Secretary General of the Venezuelan Red Cross) Dr. Francesco Rocca (President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies), Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the Red Cross and Red Crescent), Mr. Gilles Carbonniere (Vice President of the International Committee of the Red Cross) and Mr. Arnaud de Baecque (Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Venezuela).
