On November 3 in the city of Antalya Turkey,
the Venezuelan Red Cross, through Dr. Miguel Villarroel, vice president of the National Society, grants recognition to the Red Cross of Vanuatu on the celebration of its 35th anniversary, by to stimulate and facilitate continuously and in all its forms the humanitarian action with a view to preventing and alleviating human suffering and contributing to the promotion of human dignity and peace in the world.
