On March 20, 2021, Doctor Miguel Villarroel participated in the delivery of 8 ambulances by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent to the Venezuelan Red Cross.
These ambulances are part of the appeal made by the Venezuelan Red Cross and the Humanitarian Aid to Venezuela Project.
