On March 14, 2025, Dr. Miguel Villarroel gratefully received the certificate accrediting him as an honorary volunteer of the Salvadoran Red Cross. It was presented by Dr. José Benjamín Ruiz Rodas, President of the National Society, and awarded by the Salvadoran Red Cross.
