Between 27 and 28 October 2024, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies) participated in the Council of Delegates, attended by the majority of the National Societies of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the members of the International Committee (ICRC).
