I greet you cordially, hoping you are very well.

It is a pleasure for me to extend my most sincere thanks for your support and accompaniment throughout my evolution in the Movement. It has undoubtedly been a privilege to work together with all of you, for the experiences, the learning and the challenges overcome.

Assuming this re-election as Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, I reaffirm my commitment to achieving the objectives of our Federation in America and the rest of the world.

Congratulations to all the elected colleagues on the Governing Board, Dr. Francesco Rocca, Mr. Bolaji Akpan Anani (Nigeria), Ms. Maha Barjas Al-Barjas (Kuwait), Ms. Natia Loladze (Georgia), and the National Societies of Bangladesh , Bulgaria, Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Guinea, Haiti, Honduras, Iceland, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Trinidad & Tobago, hoping that together we can add to the management for carrying out this work for those who need it most.
