On March 12, 2021, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the Federation), held a meeting at the Foreign Ministry with His Excellency Minister of Foreign Affairs Roberto Álvarez.
At this meeting, the subject of the next General Assembly of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent to be held in that country was discussed.
