On March 10, 2023, Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, visited the Central Office of the Federation in the city of Ankara, Turkey.
In this meeting it was possible to analyze the operation and security carried out by the federation in Turkey due to the devastating earthquake in that country.
