On September 22, 2018, Dr. Villarroel held an interesting meeting with Dr. Mohamud Said (President of the Kenya Red Cross) and his Excellency Blamwel Kisuyu (Ambassador of Kenya in Spain), in the City of Valencia, Spain.
In this meeting important aspects of interest in the humanitarian and sports area were analyzed for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, for the Kenyan Red Cross and the Government of that country.
