On May 31, 2023, Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, participated in the last virtual preparatory meeting for the next Inter-American Conference to be held in the city of Nassau, Bahamas. The 6 members of the Governing Board of the Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent of the American Continent participated in this meeting, as well as the President of the Bahamas Red Cross, Terez Curri and the President of the Colombian Red Cross.
