On April 24, 2023, Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, participated in a virtual meeting of the Inter-American Regional Committee. In this meeting, situations and decisions taken by the Governing Board that could affect the American region were analyzed.
