On August 28, 2025, a virtual working meeting was held between the President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Mrs. Katherine Forbes, and the Vice Presidents: Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Americas), Natia Loladze (Europe) (Virtual), Elder Bolaji Akpan Anami (Africa), Maha Barges Al-Barges (Asia) (Virtual), and Manuel Bessler (Switzerland) (ex-officio).
During the meeting, various topics of global interest to the organization were reviewed and analyzed, with the aim of strengthening coordination and monitoring of the IFRC’s strategic actions.
