On October 28, 2022, Dr. Miguel Villarroel Vice President of the Red Cross and Red Crescent participated in the Virtual Meeting with the President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, Francesco Rocca and the President of the Ecuadorian Red Cross, Dr. Roque Soria.
In this video conference, it was possible to highlight the extraordinary work carried out by the Ecuadorian Red Cross and how it has been completing all the elements required by the Mediation and Compliance Committee (CMC) of the FIRC.
