On July 31, 2020, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent) participated actively in a virtual way in the General Assembly of the Ecuadorian Red Cross.
In this National Assembly the election procedure and current functioning of that national society were discussed.
