On March 28, 2022, Dr. Miguel Villarroel visited the headquarters of the National Society of the Dominican Red Cross, where he was able to observe its administrative and operational functions.
Then he was able to hold an institutional meeting with the President of that National Society, Dr. Miguel Angel Sanz, and Dr. Blaurio Alcántara, General Director of the Dominican Red Cross, where the good work carried out by said national society was observed.
