On March 12, 2021, Dr. Miguel Villarroel made a visit to the headquarters of the National Society of the Dominican Red Cross, where he was able to observe both its administrative and operational functioning.
Afterwards, he was able to hold an institutional meeting with the President of that National Society, Dr. Miguel Angel Sanz and Dr. Blaurio Alcántara, General Director of the Dominican Red Cross, where the extraordinary work carried out by said national society was observed.
