Between October 8 and 10, 2019, Dr. Miguel Villarroel made an official visit to the National Society of the Cuban Red Cross in the city of Havana, Cuba.
This official visit was complemented in meetings with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of International Relations and Civil Defense.
