Dr. Miguel Villarroel (President of VBC International) traveled to Panama City to sign the license agreement and the establishment of the new headquarters of the Organization in that country.
That is why on June 23, 2014, the President of the Organization (VBC International), Dr. Miguel Villarroel, signed the license agreement with Mr. Reynaldo Díaz (President VBC-Panama).
At this event, the Director for American Affairs of VBC International and Vice-President of VBC-USA, Mrs. Marielena Pereira, was present.
