On March 1, 2023, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the Venezuelan Red Cross), participated in the Steering Committee of the Capital District of the Venezuelan Red Cross, chaired by Dr. Mario Villarroel, President of the Institution.
This Steering Committee of the Capital District allowed presentations related to the current situation of the activities carried out by the institution.
