El doctor Miguel Villarroel Sierraalta Vicepresidente de la federación Internacional de Sociedades de la Cruz Roja y de la Media Luna Roja (IFRC) participó en la primera reunión del grupo de Trabajo (Global Think Tank ) que tiene por objetivo el estadio de los Principios Fundamentales del Movimiento hoy y sus rápidos cambios en el mundo.
En esta reunión participaron un destacado grupo de personas que quienes lo conforman, como son Xavier Castellanos (Under-Secretary General, National Society Development and Operation Coordination) Markus Mader Strategic Advisor Under Secretary General of IFRC, Federico Lopez Sacconi, Robert KWESIGA (Secretary General Uganda Red Cross), Mariana Abdoul Azis Dicko (Digital Product Manager) Michael Meyer (Head of International Law at the British Red Cross), Rasha Rashid Bakeer (Partnership and fundraising manager Palestinian Red Crescent), RK Jain (Secretary General, Indian Red Cross Society) Malika Air-Mohamed Parents (Chairperson ICRC – IFRC join Status) Aida Sayed Abdalla ( Secretary General Sudanese Red Crescent) Amal Emam (Regional Youth and Volunteers coordinator for the IFRC for the MENA Region), Anne Bergh (Secretary General Norwegian Red Cross), Ahiham Al-Sukhni, Jaslin Salmon (President/CEO International Institute for Social, Economic and Political change, IISPEC) Antoni Bruel (General Coordinator of the Spanish Red Cross).
