Dr. Miguel Villarroel Sierraalta, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), participated in the first meeting of the Working Group (Global Think Tank) whose objective is the stage of the Fundamental Principles of the Movement today and its rapid changes in the world.
