Between December 9 and 12, 2019, Dr. Miguel Villarroel participated in the International Conference of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement with the assistance of the majority of the National Societies of the Movement, the International Federation of Societies of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent and the representatives of the Governments.
In this event, the authorities that would represent the Permanent Commission of the Movement composed of Mrs. Mercedes Babe (President) and other members were elected Mr. George Weber, Mr. Abbas Gullet, Mr. Hilal Al-Sayer and Mr. Fine Tu´ Itupou-Arnold.
