On February 1, 2022, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the Venezuelan Red Cross), participated in the National Steering Committee of the Venezuelan Red Cross, chaired by Dr. Mario Villarroel, President of the Institution.
This National Steering Committee allowed presentations related to the delicate situation derived from the heavy rainfall throughout the country during the last quarter of 2022.
It included the virtual presence of almost all the country’s branches.
