On April 24, 2019 Dr. Miguel Villarroel participated in the Conversation “Humanitarian Challenge in the Andean Community“, in the facilities of the Simón Bolívar Libertador Auditorium of the Andean Community Building.
The event had as “Key Note Speaker” the President of the Federation Mr. Francesco Rocca.
In it, important topics such as Venezuelan migration through the Andean Region were discussed.
