On September 30, 2024, Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, participated in a meeting with Hon. Philip A. Telesford Minister of Health and the President of the Grenada Red Cross, Mrs. Samantha Dickson.
At this meeting, joint health projects between the National Government and the Grenada Red Cross were discussed, always taking into consideration the auxiliary role of the National Societies with the powers of the state.
