On February 4, 2019, Dr. Miguel Villarroel, Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, held a meeting with the delegation of that organization attached to Venezuela.
During the meeting, programmatic and logistical meetings were held due to the current situation in that country. Marissa Soberannis, Project Delegate in Venezuela, participated in the meeting.
