Dr. Miguel Villarroel participated in the National Meeting of Directors of Integral Risk Management of Disasters of the Colombian Red Cross held on June 18-19 in Cartagena (Colombia).
He was also able to have a conversation with the Colombian Red Cross President, Mrs. Judith Carvajal.
In the same way, he participated in the signing of the Binational Agreement between the Venezuelan Red Cross and the Colombian Red Cross carried out within the framework of the acts carried out by the Colombian Red Cross in Cartagena, Colombia.
