On July 21, 2022, Dr. Miguel Villarroel (Vice President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies), held a meeting at the Pestana Hotel in Caracas, with most of the directors of communication of the Venezuelan Red Cross to strengthen the network at the national level.
