In the framework of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights, Dr. Miguel Villarroel was invited to read the parts of the articles that comprise it. The event was attended by the Mayor of San Sebastian de los Reyes, Province of Madrid, Narciso Romero and an outstanding number of local and provincial representatives.
