On January 22, 2020, Dr. Miguel Villarroel visited the National Headquarters of the French Red Cross, where he held an interesting conversation about the activities of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, with the President of the National Society Mr. Jean-Jacques Eledjam and the Director General Mr. Jean Christofer Combe and the director of International Relations Virgine Streit.
